Everything you need to know before your first drive.

You need a valid Aadhaar Card and a Driving Licence. These are uploaded once during profile verification and carry over to all future bookings.
The minimum booking duration is 6 hours. Pricing is calculated proportionally, so you only pay for the time you actually use.
No. All prices shown are GST-inclusive with no hidden fees. The only additional liability is the Rs 2,000 damage deductible, charged only if a new damage occurs during your trip.
Yes! Rates improve automatically: 5% off for 2–3 days, 8% for 4–5 days, 10% for 6–7 days, 15% for up to 14 days, 20% for up to 21 days, and 25% for longer trips. All with 18% GST already included.
After booking and KYC verification, our representative meets you at handover and gives you a Check-In OTP. At return, a Check-Out OTP closes the trip. This ensures a secure, dispute-free process every time.
Confirmed bookings can be cancelled from your profile. Extensions can be booked and paid for in-app while your trip is active. For other changes, reach out on WhatsApp — we respond fast.

Who pays for fuel and FASTag?▾
The guest pays for fuel and must return the car with the same fuel level as at pickup. FASTag recharges during the trip are also the guest's responsibility.
What is the refundable security deposit and why do I pay it?▾
The security deposit covers any damage, fines, or shortfall in fuel/cleaning charges. If the car is returned on time and in good condition, it's fully refunded within 5–7 business days.
Can I modify or extend my trip after booking?▾
Yes — message us on WhatsApp before your drop time and we'll try to extend the booking subject to availability. Extension charges apply per hour as per the car's hourly rate.
How do I cancel my booking?▾
Go to "My Bookings" in your profile and cancel from there, or message us on WhatsApp. Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown in the Cancellation tab.
Is doorstep delivery available for this car?▾
Yes — enable "Doorstep Delivery" on the homepage before searching, choose your location, and the delivery charge will be added to your total automatically.
